Printing Quality Policy

At Finest Print, we are committed to delivering high-quality customized products using professional production methods, quality materials, and strict quality control procedures.

Because printing and manufacturing involve various materials, equipment, and production processes, customers acknowledge and accept the following quality standards.

Color Variations

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from:

* Computer screens
* Mobile devices
* Digital proofs
* Previous production runs

Differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, fabrics, substrates, inks, and printing methods may affect the final appearance of colors.

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Artwork Quality

The final print quality depends heavily on the quality of artwork supplied by the customer.

For best results, customers should provide:

* High-resolution files
* Vector artwork when available
* Correct dimensions and specifications

Finest Print is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution images, pixelated artwork, screenshots, or files supplied by the customer.

Print Placement and Alignment

Due to the nature of manual and machine-assisted production processes, slight variations in print placement, alignment, embroidery positioning, engraving location, and finishing may occur.

Minor variations within industry standards are not considered production defects.

Fabric and Material Variations

For apparel, bags, promotional products, and other customized items, slight variations may occur in:

* Fabric texture
* Material finish
* Product dimensions
* Product color
* Surface appearance

These variations may occur between manufacturing batches and suppliers.

Sublimation Printing

For sublimated products, customers acknowledge that:

* Colors may appear differently on different fabric types.
* White areas may not always appear pure white depending on fabric composition.
* Minor inconsistencies may occur around seams, folds, collars, zippers, and stitching areas.

These are normal characteristics of the sublimation process.

Embroidery

Embroidery is created using thread rather than printed ink.

Customers acknowledge that:

* Thread colors may differ slightly from digital artwork.
* Small text and fine details may require modification for embroidery compatibility.
* Stitch density and texture may vary depending on fabric type.

Engraving

Laser and mechanical engraving results may vary depending on:

* Material composition
* Surface finish
* Grain patterns
* Coating thickness

Minor variations in engraving depth, shade, or appearance are considered normal.

Quantity Tolerance

For bulk production orders, a quantity variance of up to ±5% may occur due to manufacturing and production processes.

Customers will only be billed for the actual quantity produced and delivered unless otherwise agreed.

Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes quality inspection before release.

If a customer believes a product contains a production defect, they must notify Finest Print within seven (7) days of receiving the order and provide supporting photographs for evaluation.

We strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards and customer expectations. If a verified production error occurs on our part, we will work with the customer to provide a fair and reasonable resolution in accordance with our Returns, Replacement, and Quality Guarantee policies.
